3. Competitions

• Users may participate in mock trading competitions using virtual currency.
• Stax is not responsible for prizes, incentives, or rewards offered by competition hosts.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove any competition that violates our platform rules or applicable laws.

4. Payments

All payments for paid competition tiers are processed via Stripe. By submitting payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Stax to engage in illegal activity, harass others, or interfere with the operation of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stax provides virtual competitions for educational and entertainment purposes. We are not liable for trading outcomes, data loss, or third-party actions.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these terms or misuse the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
